Description:
IRISH 7-12 Grade Strength and Agility Training (S.A.T):

Strength and Agility Training is for all male and female athletes enrolled in 7-12 grade during the 2021-2022 school year. (Current 6th grade students are welcome to join!!)  You will have the opportunity to work in small groups and rotate through Core Strength, Agility, and Conditioning stations. The sessions will take place on the fields North of the Irish Activity Center at MLHS and/or high school weight room.  

 All ML coaching staff will be working together to help train the athletes for this 6  week course. Please bring: athletic wear, outdoor running shoes, personal water bottle. 

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Mornings.
Dates: June 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30
July 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 26, 27, 28.   NO S.A.T sessions will take place July 5-7!
Time: 7:30-8:30 AM

Cost: $40.00 

Who: ALL current 6th grade students - 11th grade, ALL male and female athletes. 
Bring to Class:
Please bring a water bottle to practice as water will not be available to share at the camp.
