7-12 Grade Beginners Strength and Conditioning Class:
This is a 10 week workout program that runs on Monday-Friday for one hour. The lifting program will be based on traditional and crossfit training. Mondays will be focused on traditional lifts, flexibility, and strength. Wednesday will be circuit training that tests endurance and strength. Fridays students will flip tires, push the sled, work the agility ladder, and speed training skills.
In this Beginners Class, we will start with how to lift weights, focusing on the 'how to's" of weight training. This class is geared toward students and athletes new to weight training and strength and conditioning. The goal of this class is to give students an understanding of weightlifting form, how to decide which lifts to do, and most importantly give them the confidence about weightlifting by themselves so that they continue progressing without the class after it is finished.
Please bring: athletic wear, outdoor running shoes, personal water bottle.

January 20th and February 20th are No School days but we will still be Lifting!!

Who: 7-12 Grade students ALL male and female students & athletes in grades 7-12
