Irish 1-2 Grade Dodgeball (1-2 grade students only please!)

A program for boys and girls that is full of excitement, exercise and structured play.  Dodgeball is played by throwing soft balls at people in a square court. The goal is to be the last one to be hit with the ball. Players may only throw balls at people who are not on their own team. If a player is hit by the ball, he or she should go to the outside of the court and wait until a member of your team catches a ball thrown by the opposing team. Throughout the course of the class, we will learn the basics of the game of following game rules, playing fair, while having fun with our friends. Rules of the game will be adjusted to suite the students registered for this class. 
No equipment necessary, but please have your child wear athletic wear/appropriate shoes on class days. PLEASE send your child with a refillable bottle. 

Who: 1-2 Grade Students
Date(s): Mondays, February 6, 13, 27       (No School February 20- No Dodgeball)
Time:  3:00-4:00 PM
Location:  Students meet in the Elem gym.  Please pick your child up promptly at 4:00 in front of Maple Lake Elementary school doors.
COST:  $15.00 for 4 Dodgeball sessions
 

Parents-  Please send a note to your child’s teacher letting them know your child has registered for the Kindergarten Dodgeball class.  Also, if your child is scheduled to attend Kidville on Dodgeball day please indicate that on the registration.
